General features
Vitro-grills represent a new family of innovative products, providing end
users a unique grilling experience, an alternative to traditional barbecuing, a
perfect solution to the family.
Vitro-grills are meant for indoor or outdoor purpouses and combine vitro-ceramic
technology and qualities, with special heating elements designed exclusively for
this product typology; the cooking process is very efficient and uniform.
The range is composed of different models which vary one from each other
mainly in terms of overall appereance/design, dimensions, and power of the
heating elements; particular attention has been paid also to practicality,
overall quality and security in use.
Vitrogrills compared to traditional barbecue allow to save significant time
and efforts:
- no need to loose 30-40 min to get the charcoal ready before starting the
grilling process, the products reach the optimal grilling temperature 280C
in less than 10 minutes;
- after product use, no need to waste time and effort in cleaning from
grease different components after use, the smooth glass surface for instance
highlights this aspect.

steel.
Easy and immediate use: The energy regulated controls allow
infinite setting positions for selecting temperature from 50C - 400C. Use of
these products is immediate and easy; as the product has been switched on, you
place the food directly on the surface (DCS System Direct Cooking Surface) and
the grilling process starts at once. Suitable for frozen and non frozen food.
Designed for indoor and out door use: it can be considered a
product for both out door and in door use (in the kitchen, over the hob &
underneath a cookerhood), you can easily transport it using the ergonomic
handles.
You can Cook anything you wish: some examples are:
meat, fish, vegetables, crepes,eggs, pizza You do not need to use of
oil, fat or grease and this allows healthy cooking.
Easy to clean: the glass ceramic surface allows cleaning
operation to be very easy and fast. No need to scrub, you just need to use a
humid paper cloth or the scraper a special tool meant for this purpose.
Hi-trans glass ceramic surface at high performance
HI-Transmission glass ceramic surfaces allows to cook separately what you want
and the quantities you need directly on its surface. Its heat distribution is
equal across all the grilling surface. Anti-scratch ceramic glass.
Special Electric Heating elements and Wattage power: heating
elements of the Professional Vitrogrill range, have been customised for these
products and these are what makes this product different compared to traditional
vitro ceramic hobs. Wattage power offered across the Vitro grill range,
varies according to the different models ranging from 1600 to 2300w.
Optimal grilling temperature ranges from 250C to 280C
for meats, for fish and vegetable approx. 200C.
Energy efficient and saving products: The thermal dispersion
of the heating elements is very low and all the energy is used for the cooking
process make Vitro-grills energy efficient; energy saving is the result of this
efficiency and as well thanks to the fact that the grilling surface is only on
for a needed time.
Safety Sealed Anti-leak structure: the surface and structure
of Vitro-grills do not allow water, fat and grease to spill into the heart of
the product.
