Pay online using protx |

This is the most
preferred and efficient way of paying for your order. When paying
using this method you will not
be billed immediately for your order. Instead we only capture an
authorisation on your card without actually taking payment. It is
only after we are completely confident of both the authenticity of
the transaction and the ability to deliver the order, that we
actually charge your card. In this way, we offer a guarantee
that your card will not be charged unless we have the item(s) in
stock and ready for delivery.
We use Protx to manage our
Online Payment Service as they offer maximum security in a secure
PCI DSS compliant way. All personal information
sent from us to protx is encrypted to 1024 bit, as is the information
sent back to us from them so you can shop with confidence. We accept
VISA, VISA Debit/Delta, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and Electron.
It is important to note that we do not store any of your card details
on our databases.

Pay by Telephone |

Naturally,
some customers are wary of entering their credit card details online
and this is perfectly understandable. This is why iNest
also gives you the option to give us your card details over the
telephone for manual processing of your payment. To pay for an order
by telephone please go through the checkout process and select 'pay by phone' when prompted for payment method. You will then be asked to fill in a small form asking for your contact details. A member of our staff will then call you to take payment. This option is also the best when you need to confirm stock before ordering.

Pay
by Cheque or Postal Order |

This
is the safest way to pay for an order but is the lengthiest and
most protracted way too. We have to wait for all cheques to clear
before we can process your order and this can take up to 5 working
days. However, if your not in a rush to receive the item, then
this method of payment would be the most secure way to purchase
from us.
Please create
an order by continuing through the checkout process as normal.
Choose 'pay by cheque' when prompted for a payment method. Then
simply follow the link for the postal order form, print it and
post it back to us along with your cheque payment. All cheques
should be made payable to iNest Ltd and posted back to:

Pay by Fax |
| |
You
can pay for any order by fax if you wish. The card details we will
require from you are as follows :
Credit card
type eg, VISA, MASTERCARD etc
Credit Card Number
Valid From Date (Leave blank if there is no valid from date)
Expiry Date
3 digit PIN Number (This can be usually be found on the reverse
of the card on the signature strip and is the last 3 digits)
Simply fax us this this information along with your address and
order details and we will be more than happy to process your order.
Another alternative is to continue through the checkout process
and choose 'pay by fax' when prompted for a payemnt method. Then
simply follow the link for the fax order form, fill it in and fax
it back to us on 0121 682 2052. |
