How long does delivery take?

We use Parcelforce 24 for all deliveries over 1Kg and this is usually a next day delivery from date of shipment. For smaller items we use Royal Mail Signed for First Class service which can take from 1-3 days to deliver.
All orders are dispatched as soon as possible provided they are in stock at our warehouse. An email is dispatched to you on the date we post the item out to you detailing the postage method used and any relevant tracking numbers. You can track the status of an order 24 hours a day from the myiNest section.
Please note that due to the christmas busy period, you may experience a slight delay in the processing of your order although every effort will be made to avoid this.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Our prices for delivery vary from product to product and are dependant on the weight of the item.
Once items have been added to the cart a shopping basket appears on the right hand side and this will have calculated and displayed the total cost including a separate delivery price for your current cart contents.
If you are a volume purchaser then please email us for the best rates.

Please note that our delivery prices are for mainland UK customers only. This excludes the Republic of Ireland and Southern Ireland. If you are outside of this zone then please see below 'Do you ship outside UK?'.

What Payment options are available


We currently offer 4 simple ways to pay.
  • Pay by card - we use protx for HTTPS 1024bit secure internet transactions. Select 'pay by card' when prompted for payment type and then continue through to the secure protx server for secure procesing of your transaction via credit/debit card.
  • Pay by phone - Continue through the checkout process and select 'pay by phone' when prompted for payment type. Then fill in your contact details and we will call you to take payment.
  • Pay By fax - Continue through the checkout process and select pay by fax when prompted. Then follow the link to the fax order form, print it, fill it in and fax to 0121 532 8631
  • Pay by cheque/postal order - Continue through the checkout process and select 'pay by cheque' when prompted. Follow the link to the cheque order form, print it, and send along with your cheque/postal order payment to  iNest Ltd, 99 Birmingham road, West Bromwich, West Midlands, B70 6PX. Please remember to include your order number on the back of the cheque. Please make all cheques/postal orders payable to iNest Ltd.
Do you ship outside UK?
Our delivery prices are for England, Wales & Some parts of Scotland. If your order requires extra delivery charges then we will contact you about this before it is processed. Outside of these zones, We do ship to but usually nothing over 2kg.
If your unsure about how much delivery will be to your address then please create an order and at the shopping basket page, before the checkout  process, click 'pay by phone'. Fill in your contact details and we will be in touch.
 
What is your warranty/exchange/refund policy?

We offer a 21 day money back guarantee on all of our products and also a 12 month warranty unless otherwise specified.

If you wish to return a purchase for a full refund, you can do so within 21 days of receipt. After this time, no refunds will be entertained unless the product is faulty and no suitable alternatives are available to offer you.
If a product is found to be faulty we can have the item collected provided it is more than 2kg in weight. There may be a collection charge applied to your account if an item collected is found to be in working condition. For smaller items we would request that you send the item back via the
Royal Mail Signed for First Service.

If a collection is made and the product is not faulty when we receive it back, a charge of £8.00 will be debited from your account to cover the collection costs.


How do I return a product for an exchange or refund?

If your product has developed a fault within the warranty period then please fill in the support ticket  form and we will get in touch with you to arrange collection etc.

Whenever you send an item back, please always remember to include your copy of your receipt. Please also include any additional information such as if an exchange or a refund is required (if applicable). If the receipt/order number is not included then we will not be able to verify your claim so please do ensure that it is included.
